Your satisfaction is important to us, we want you to love what you have ordered. You can however return or exchange any unworn, unopened, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of shipping date will be refunded to the original payment amount exc shipping fees as in store credit.
All returns/exchanges must contain the REN (Return Exchange Number). To obtain a REN please contact email@example.com.
If any merchandise is sent to us without a REN it will have to be kept and non refunded.
We are not liable for the goods once with the hauliers, we recommend choosing the express service to ensure goods are track able.
You will be responsible with paying for postage of your merchandise. If you request a exchange we will send you your merchandise back to you free of postal charge.
If your merchandise is defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a return prepaid label.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.
